We are a home based studio located at Meranti Terrace @ Kota Kemuning

self pickup is available anytime from 10am-12pm, 2pm-5pmdelivery will be from 10-12pm or 2-5pm ONLY. Delivery will be between the time slot you have chosen. Exact delivery time is non requestable!Deliveries around Kota Kemuning will be at the flat rate of RM8,
other deliveries will be calculated from lalamove appplease wait at the parking space outside the guardhouse and contact our admin once you have reached!DELIVERY POLICY
once the driver has arrived to the location, the driver will only be waiting **MAX 10 minutes **
if the receiver is unreachable to collect the cake, the cake will be send back to our studio and your order is automatically cancelled with no refundllebeurre is not liable for any cake damages or loss once it leaves our studio.

Where are you based?
We are based in Kota Kemuning.Do we use any alcohol and pork?
We do not use any alcohol or non-halal ingredients in our cakes.What's the shelf-life of your cake?
3-4 days.the cake can last up to 3-4 hours in room temperature. as long it is not in direct sunlight or in air condition environment*Please take the cakes out from the refrigerator 1 hour before consuming

What is your cake base?
We use butter cake base and moist cake baseWhat cream do you use?
We only use swiss meringue buttercream for our custom design cakes.Can we reduce the sugar?
NO, We have already reduced the maximum amount of sugar in our cakes.

We are only taking orders through Whatsapp.
Orders through Instagram DMs or phone calls will not be answered.-Design Policy
All cakes will not be 100% the same from the reference photo given as all cakes artists are different.We are using swiss meringue buttercream as our main medium, hence, we do not use fondant or airbrush).Sketches and drafts for designs are only applicable for cakes above RM200.-Payment Policy
Full payment is required in order to secure your slots (We do not accept deposits).Payment must be made within 24 hours after the bill has been sent.We only accept online bank transfers, E-wallet (QRpay). Wise, and Paypal (overseas transaction) we do not accept COD.Please double-check the order details and Google form before proceeding with payment. Changes after payment will not be acceptable.-Refunds, Cancellations & Date Changing Policy
NO cancellations or refunds are applicable once the payment has been made.Cancellations are allowed if payment has not been made and to be informed at least 1 week in advance.Changing dates is allowed and to be informed at least 4 days in advance to avoid inconvenience to both parties.-Ingredients
